They See Me (Ice) Rollin

Ice rolling is one of the hottest beauty and wellness trends right now and since I am someone who is easily influenced, I purchased the ice roller from Lauryn Evarts Bosstick aka The Skinny Confidential. 

I preordered the ice roller that retails for $69 in January and received it in early February. I made sure to use the 15% off discount code for first time shoppers, so I did get my ice roller for a little bit of better deal, which always helps.

I use the ice roller in the mornings on clean dry skin and it really wakes me up. Hot girls cry themselves to sleep and then ice roll away the puffiness in the morning. It is also pretty soothing and so much more comfortable than just taking an ice cube straight to your face.

Now, as for lymphatic drainage, I don’t know how well the ice roller really works. I still believe a jade roller is more effective for drainage and facial sculpting. The ice roller is great for reviving, soothing and de-puffing the skin. Do you really need both of them? If you’re just getting into skin care, then I would say, no. I recommend starting off with a cold jade roller or a gua sha and then if you use those tools regularly, then add on the ice roller.

I’m not sure if it’s worth the price point, but it’s pink and it made me happy! If you’re interested in an ice roller and aren’t into spending over $50, there are comparable less expensive ice rollers from other brands on Amazon.
