Blogmas Day 16 - Christmas Gift Guide For Dads

Hey Babes! 

Today is the sixteenth day of Blogmas and I’m sharing a gift guide to help you babes shop for your dad! My dad is almost always the most difficult person for me to shop for. Homie is not tech savvy, he doesn’t drink hard alcohol, he is not a sports fan and he doesn’t fucking golf. Oh and he doesn’t even drink coffee… he is hot tea and Splenda dude! UGH! 

So, here are five things that my dad loves to receive as gifts. 

Lottery Scratchy Tickets

My dad loves a scratchy ticket and he is always excited at the idea of winning some extra cash! I like to gift him a scratchy or two in his stocking and it’s a hit. 

Something They Collect

My dad is a nerd and collects coins. So, I ordered him a small coin set from the US Mint. If he collected sports memorabilia or records, I would have gotten him something like that. Anyway, gifting someone something you know they collect is always a thoughtful idea! 

Socks

Honestly, dads love socks. If he works outside he probably needs a new pair of thermal socks or if he is a business man, maybe a nice pair of dress socks. It’s an easy option and he’ll actually use them. 

Skincare

My dad has been using my skincare items for years and honestly it annoys the shit out of me that he drains my supply! So, gifting him his own cleanser or eye depuffer is really a present for both of us. Oh, you know a jade roller would be great too, because his sinuses are always a mess. 

Restaurant Gift Card

Matt and I have a cute little tradition where I get him a gift card to a restaurant we both love to go to. Then, we’ll pick a day and get lunch or dinner on a daddy daughter date. He loves PF Changs and Chickie’s and Pete’s! 

Or you could just gift them a photo of you, because you’re a gift.
