April Favorites

Hey Babes! 

Today is the last day of April which can only mean one thing. It’s almost my fucking birthday and I deserve something expensive and oh it also means that it’s time for my monthly favorites. 

Kindle Unlimited 

Okay, so I’m a physical book type of bitch. I have always preferred to read an actual book than one off of a screen. I also love the ritual of going to a book store and selecting a new story after browsing the aisles. Anyway, when my local Barnes and Noble closed at the beginning of this year, I had no option but to go digital. So, in April I started a free trial of Kindle Unlimited and I’ve read 10 books! I’m a machine. 

Mucinex DM 

I spent half of April with a cold so Mucinex DM was a saving grace, as were nasal sprays and tissues. TG! 

Fearless (Taylor’s Version) 

Hi, my name is Kelly and I’m a recovering Taylor Swift stan. T-Swift and I had a rough patch in our friendship, but she has recognized  her mistakes and has been making it up to me. I fucking loved the Fearless album during my freshman year of high school and I even saw her on that tour with Gloriana and Kellie Pickler. Re-listening to my old faves has been such a treat this past month. 

The Challenge: Double Agents 

The Challenge is probably my favorite TV show and I will blindly support CT until I take my last breath. I LOVE HIM and 

SPOILER ALERT 

I was so fucking happy when Amber B and CT pulled through with that win. I would have loved for Leroy to finish first because it was his last season and he is the most precious man, but nothing felt better than CT winning because it was giant FUCK YOU to Fessy. I could write a 75 page dissertation on how much I hate him, but I’ll save us all the trouble! 

Diet Coke

I’m back on the devil’s juice and I live for that acidic burn when I gulp down a refreshing fountain Diet Coke with light ice. Ahh, I can taste the carbonation now. 

That wraps up my favorites from the month of April! I hope the upcoming month of May is kind to us all.
