Nothing Bundt Love (02/12/19)

Hey Babes!

By now, I think you all know that I enjoy baking festive and seasonal treats! Today, I took a chance and made my very first bundt cake with Valentine Funfetti cake mix, because who doesn’t like Funfetti?

Here’s What You’ll Need:

💋Cake Mix

💋 3 Eggs

💋 Canola Oil

💋 Water

💋 Canola Oil Spray

The only step that was different for this baking process, was that I greased the tin with Canola oil spray, instead of butter. I usually grease all of my pans when I bake with butter, but I read that the fat in the butter actually causes the cake to stick to the pan. #TheMoreYouKnow

My bundt cake obviously came out perfect, because I’m just Betty Fucking Crocker. Just Kidding! I used this pan for the very first time, so it should have been perfection.

To ice the cake, I took the Valentine’s edition Funfetti frosting and thinned it out with milk and powdered sugar. I wanted to transform my thick icing into a runny glaze! Honestly, I think frosting is the worst part of baking, so the glaze was ideal. Then I Salt Bae’d the sprinkles on the cake and dusted my little babe with some powdered sugar!
