Switzerland Travel Diary (02/19/16)

I spent last weekend in Switzerland, but more specifically Interlaken and Zurich. Switzerland is absolutely beautiful and I would live there if the price of living were not so high. Maybe it will happen one day. Anyway, I spent 12 hours on a bus to get to Switzerland and it was worth it...

On Saturday, I spent the day in Zurich and for a city it was very clean. I climbed to the top of the Gross Munster church and took in some incredible views.

Then it was back to Interlaken to finish off the weekend getaway! I had the best hot chocolate at this place called The Funky Chocolate Club. The hot chocolate was silky and rich, not watered down like most hot chocolates. It was like pure melted chocolate and it was worth the 6 franks I spent! Truly the OG Swiss Miss.

That was the end of my magical weekend in Switzerland, and it was amazing. Now it is back to reality, which means mid-terms and school work, but hey I'm still in Roma! See you next week.
