On The Rocks : Iced Coffee Recipe

Hey Babes!

I am nothing, if not fiscally responsible. Okay, I am Betty Freaking Bargain. Well… actually that’s not a hundred percent true, but I am kind of tired of paying like six bucks for an iced coffee every day. It puts a strain on my resources. Today I am attempting to recreate my favorite iced coffee from Dunkin!

You’ll Need…

Cold Brew Blonde Roast Coffee

Dunkin’ Creamer

Ghirardelli Caramel Sauce

Ice

First you’ll pour your cold coffee and then add in crushed ice cubes, because crushed ice is always better than large cubes.

Next, we’re gonna fill it up with the delicious creamer and add in the caramel sauce. I always order my drink with cream and extra caramel!

The most crucial step to this whole recipe is to stir the drink. We want it stirred not shaken. Mix up the flavor! Now it’s time to enjoy.

The Moment Of Truth

The color of the coffee is great, but my homemade concoction is a little bit stronger than the order from Dunkin. If I wanted the true experience, I probably could have brewed a pot of Dunkin original roast coffee and then used that as my base. I also think that in the future I will opt for a caramel syrup instead of a sauce, because it blends better.

Overall, the coffee was pretty chuggable! I have to say, I’m pretty impressed with this recipe. Do you babes prefer to order your coffee or make it at home?

xoxo,

Kelly
