Our Fall Family Outing

Hey Babes!

Today I am sharing a little photo diary from my day. Two Saturdays ago, my parents and I journeyed up to Bucks County Pennsylvania to partake in some autumnal activities! My dad’s birthday is on October 11th, so we usually do something fall related during the weekend before or after his birthday. Before we began our day we stopped at Starbucks, because caffeine is necessary before any activity. I got my usual, which is a Venti iced chai tea with light ice and extra cinnamon powder sprinkled on top.

Next, we travelled up to Rice’s Flea Market. For breakfast, we picked up bagels from Bagel Bums. They usually have a greater variety of bagels, but we got a late start and there was so much traffic, which delayed our arrival even more. I recommend getting there early so you can see as many vendors as possible!  My dad loves to search through junk to find small trinkets and treasures while my mom shops for plants or produce there. On Saturday, we got pumpkins, mums and hay barrels for our porch.

We were going to go to Peddler’s Village, which is one of my favorite places to go, but it was way too crowded there that day due to their October Feast. If you have the chance to go to Peddler’s in the fall, I highly recommend it. Every year they have the coolest scare crows for their scare crow contest. Since it was too crowded for my family, we drove up to None Such Farm!

On Saturdays and Sundays in October from 10-4pm, None Such Farm holds a fall pumpkin festival. They have live music, great food, hay rides, games for kids, pony rides and of course a pumpkin patch. Saturday was my first time at the farm, but I’ve driven past it tons of times while going to Peddler’s Village or Rice’s Market. It was so cute and I highly recommend this festival especially if you have little kids! The price of admission is free, as is parking, but games and food all have a fee. Plus, they have cider doughnuts which should be a staple at every fall festival.
