My Armoire Tour

Hey Babes!

Today, I’m coming atcha with yet another small tour of my room. Truthfully, my bedroom is the size of a pea, so you babes have seen most of it, but you haven’t seen my armoire yet! This armoire is from Raymour and Flanigan and I got this piece in 2002. She’s been through it all with me and this is what I sit in front of when I do my makeup. 

On top of the armoire, I keep my newer books with some seasonal decor from Target. I used to keep my old cheerleading trophies and poms up here, but I’m enjoying using this space for a more useful purpose. 

On the top shelf, I keep some smaller accessories like my hats, statement necklaces, and my cheaper dainty necklaces. 

On the middle shelf, I store all of the jewelry I refuse to part with even if they’re from Forever 21 or in broken bits. I am a little bit of an emotional hoarder. 

On the bottom shelf, I keep my everyday makeup. While I may not use all of these products everyday, this is what I reach for most. I keep my face makeup in an acrylic organizer that I got before my Freshman year of college. My brushes stay in cups originally designed for pens and pencils and I store my lip products in this bowl made during a pottery class in high school. 

In the bottom drawer, I keep the rest of my makeup as well as some toiletry products. This is where my eyeshadow palettes live as well as my blush colors. I use the drawer to lean on when I apply liquid eyeliner, and it has completely ruined me. I can not do my makeup anywhere else anymore. Ugh! 

Underneath of my armoire, I house old photos. These photographs mean the world to me and would be one of the three things I would grab if God forbid I had to save my belongings from a natural disaster.
