Easy Cheesy Pizza-dilla

The other night I was watching TV and thinking fuck, I didn’t eat dinner and I’m hungry. I was in the mood for a meal and not just a snack. But, at that point it was past 8:00pm and I did not feel like turning on the oven, I didn’t want another quesadilla because I had it for dinner the previous two nights and we didn’t have any good cereals in the cabinet. You’d think I’d be totally screwed, right? Nope! I got creative!
I had all the ingredients available to make a pizza, so that’s what I did, but instead of dough, I used a low carb tortilla!
Here Is What You Need
1 Low Carb Tortilla
Olive Oil Spray
Olive Oil
Minced Garlic
Red Sauce
Mozzarella Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
First you’ll warm up your pan on a low heat and spray it with a little olive oil spray.
While that heats up, you’ll prepare your tortilla.
First you’ll spread a little olive oil all over the tortilla and then add a touch of minced garlic.
Next you’ll place it in the skillet and let it heat up. Then, you’ll add some mozzarella cheese, parmesan and crushed red paper flakes. You can also add any other topping you’d like! ( It’s really good with pepperoni!)
Now, you’ll wait for the cheese to start to melt and then fold your pizza like a quesadilla! Let that cook until golden brown.
After the pizza-dilla is finished, take some red sauce and heat that in a microwave safe dish until hot.
Voila, you’ve got an easy and delicious meal! I recommend serving this pizza-dilla with a side salad and a crisp diet coke.
