Spectacular Cookie Butter Cookies

Hey Babes!

If I am being honest, I have been in a little bit of a funk lately. Just moody, exhausted, disinterested and a little crabby, but otherwise I’m perfect. When I’m stressed out, I usually like to pull myself out of a funk by creating something. So, I turned on a vintage episode of The Real Housewives of New York and baked some cookies!

Preheat the oven to 350°F and combine sugar cookie mix, one egg and a stick of butter in a bowl and begin to combine. Then, melt down as much or as little of Trader Joe’s Cookie Butter and add to the mixture. Bake the cookies for about 12 minutes and then allow them to cool. 

Next, you’ll melt down some more cookie butter and drizzle it on top of the treats and that’s that!
