You’re The Apple Of My Eye - Apple Brown Sugar Cookies

Hey Babes!

Tomorrow is the Autumn Equinox and to celebrate the official start of my favorite season, I wanted to share an apple brown sugar cookie recipe!

You’ll Need…

Betty Crocker Apple Brown Sugar Cookie Mix

1 Stick of Butter

1 Egg

Cream Cheese Frosting

Cinnamon

First, you’ll preheat the oven to 350°F. Next, in a large bowl, add the cookie mix, one egg and one stick of softened butter. Mix until well combined.

I baked my cookies for about 12 minutes, but this also depends on how big you make your cookies and if you prefer them chewy or crispy!

Then allow the treats to cool and enjoy!

You can also melt a little cream cheese icing, mix in cinnamon powder and then drizzle it over the cookies for a more decadent dessert! You can also crush the cookies and crumble them on top of some vanilla bean ice cream. Delish!
