Salted Caramel Cheesecake Cookies - Blogmas Day 4

Hey Babes!

On The Fourth Day Of Blogmas…

Today is December 4th and it is also apparently national cookie day! As a self-identified cookie monster, I am obsessed with this holiday. It’s a great excuse to bake treats, to buy cookies or to even gift a box or tray to a loved one.

In honor of this glorious day, I am sharing a new recipe with all of you. Today we’re making Salted Caramel Cheesecake Cookies!

Preheat the oven to 350° and in a large bowl you’ll combine all of your ingredients. If you want to make them from scratch you totally can, but I love pre-proportioned mix! Add the mix, softened butter, an egg, a dash of vanilla and the cheesecake flavored packet to a bowl and mix until batter forms.

Then bake those bitches for about 12 minutes and allow them to cool before diving in!

Pro Tip 1: I didn’t add nearly enough cheesecake flavoring, so I recommend really going for it. What’s the worst that could happen?

Pro Tip 2: These cookies pair exceptionally well with ice cream!

xoxo,

Kelly
