What I’m Loving Right Now

Hey Babes!

Have you missed me, because I sure have missed all of you. It has been a hot minute since I have written anything, but today I wanted to share some things that I have been loving recently!

COVET Fashion

Admittedly, I am not much of a gamer and I never have been. When my cousins would crowd around a TV at a family gathering and play a video game, most of the time I sat there bored out of my mind with little to no interest in what was going on. With that being said, I did love the game Dream Life when I was younger and would play it for hours on end, and COVET Fashion has that same effect on me. I had seen advertisements about it before, but never dowloaded the app. On a whim, I started playing and it is so addicting. It is a styling game with different daily challenges and real brands to choose from. If you're even remotely invested in fashion, then you'll enjoy this game!

DoorDash

I went back to work in June and I am fucking exhausted. The idea of cooking when I get home seems completely treacherous to me. I can't even fathom the thought that one day I will come home from work to a husband and children and have to make dinner and do other shit besides just veg out and watch reality tv! The horror! Because I simply can not be bothered to heat up chickpea pasta, I have been ordering from DoorDash. Is the delivery fee high? Yes, but it really depends on where you're ordering from, plus leftovers are great for lunch or dinner the next day.

Jamie Chua

Jamie Chua is my spirit animal, my soul mate, my inspiration. A video of Jamie's out of this world, luxurious closet popped up on my YouTube suggested feed and I had to watch. Since that initial video, I have been obsessed with viewing her YouTube channel and stalking her Instagram. Her Hermes Birkin collection is what my dreams are made of. If I could just play dress up in her closet for an hour, I would die one happy girl. Besides her style and enviable wardrobe, I also adore her personality. She is sweet, silly and extremely down to Earth, which is unexpected and rare for someone of her elite status.

Iced Chai with Cinnamon Dolce Syrup

Okay, you all know that I am an avid chai drinker. It is basically a personality trait of mine at this point and my favorite blend of Chai is from Starbucks, but truthfully depending on which barista makes my beverage, sometimes it can be a bit too milky. To combat this, I have started ordering my Venti chai with light ice and extra cinnamon powder with a splash of cinnamon dolce syrup. It adds a richer flavor to the drink and I would highly recommend trying it in your next tea or coffee order.

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills

I started the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills from the beginning on Hulu and I have a new found love for the ladies of 90210. This franchise is one that I am more familiar with, but I did realize that I missed the crucial munchausen season, because it aired while I was in college studying abroad. So in watching it for the first time, I have developed a deeper appreciation for the Dutch Queen Yolanda Hadid and it provided me with a better understanding of the LVP takedown and confirmed that Erika Jayne is my queen. Also, I am so glad that Kathryn was a one season wonder.

Those are the things that I am loving right now, aside from my beauty sleep and diet coke. I hope you babes are enjoying your summer and staying cool. I also genuinely hope that you are all still taking this pandemic seriously and wearing masks and washing your hands frequently.

xoxo,

Kelly
