Cauliflower Pizza Recipe

Hey Babes!

I am such a slut for Trader Joe's and on my most recent trip there, I picked up a bag of cauliflower thins from the refrigerated section and today I am going to try them out!

These thins are made out of 60% cauliflower and each thin is only 50 calories! So, since I don't really eat sandwiches, I decided to use these thins as crust for mini homemade pizzas.

I set the oven to 350°F and baked these pizzas for 15 minutes and they came out perfectly.

I would recommend going easy on the sauce and the toppings, because the crust isn’t as thick or as sturdy as a typical pizza crust.  The pizzas are really light and don’t leave you feeling overly full or gross, which I love.

Overall, the mini pizzas with cauliflower crust are delicious and so easy to make! My favorite one turned out to be the broccoli with pesto and crushed red pepper flakes.

Let me know if you babes end up trying these cauliflower thins from Trader Joe’s and what you think!

xoxo,

Kelly
