Hey Babes! 

Happy Saint Patrick’s Day to all you little lassies! If you couldn’t tell by my porcelain complexion and name, I am in fact Irish. Very Irish, at least on my dad’s side. So in honor of this holiday, I will be baking a cake!

Here’s What You Need... 

Cake Mix 

Vegetable Oil 

Water 

3 Eggs 

Frosting 

Lucky Charms 

First you’ll pre-heat the oven to 350 °F and mix the box cake mix with one cup of water, 1/3 cup of oil and 3 eggs. Once the ingredients have combined, you’ll pour the mixture evenly into two cakes pans and bake the cake for about 28 minutes.

While the cake is baking, it is time to painstakingly separate the Lucky Charms cereal pieces from the marshmallows. This is the most tedious part of the baking process.

Let the cake cool before frosting or else it will be a soupy melted mess. Once the frosting is covering the cake, add on the marshmallows in  any design you’d like!

Now enjoy! Not sure if it pairs well with Guinness, but do you sis!
